SAPFM SAPFM

The annual journal

American Period Furniture

SAPFM’s annual journal — long-form articles on tools, techniques, design, and the history of the craft and its makers. Each volume runs at least a hundred pages of original editorial, plus advertising. Printed in the United States on durable gloss paper, intended to live on the bench shelf and be pulled down ten years later.

Edited by Robert W. Lang. Articles come from members — experienced makers, conservators, and historians — who don’t need to be experienced authors. The editor’s standing offer is to make producing an article as easy as possible for someone who has the knowledge to share.

Twenty-four volumes and counting.
